A Norwegian, a German and four Scots make Edinburgh's latest musical offering, Stanley Odd and, 'Oddio', their debut album. Stanley Odd's diverse musical references are expressed in their brand of infectious organic hip-hop. Armed with an infectious set of hooks; witty, insightful lyricism and eclectic musical tastes, they form their own sound: a sort of funked-out cerebral geek-rap.It was late in the summer of 2008 that Stanley Odd formed and they haven't stopped to draw breath since. They are fast building a reputation as one of the most dynamic live music acts in the country, rocking stages and blowing the roof off venues wherever they play
