Benbecula Records Showcase featuring acts with recent and upcoming releases on the label. Christ. tops the bill and limbers up for release of a limited live album and new full length available in 2009 – Christ. is joined on stage by his resident drummer.
Araya is the new kid on the block with an album released in August that shimmers with originality and maverick knob twiddling – his live show cannot be missed.
Wounded Knee joins the crew after a mini tour of Germany and brings his unique mix of electro-mantra poetry with a full scale album to be released on Benbecula later in the year.
Talkingmakesnosense recently blessed Benbecula with its first every 7” single which coincided with a download EP and limited CD. Special guest for the evening is turntablist extraordinaire, Melvitronica with his colourful mix of scratch magic, original beats and breaks.
