A double bill featuring two fiery and talented chips off the old blocks, but these daughters are doing it for themselves.

Hannah Aldridge

Born in Muscle Shoals, the daughter of Alabama/Nashville Hall of Fame writer Walt Aldridge, Hannah is a chip off the old block in terms of talent but is very much her own woman, as a recording artist and electrifying live performer. In her songs, she’s facing down demons of a life once lived, from substance abuse to failed relationships and scars from the lashes of the bible belt. Dark, but irresistibly engaging.

With special guest, Jetbone guitarist Gustav Sjodin (Sweden)

Lilly Hiatt

Lilly Hiatt

East Nashville firebrand Lilly Hiatt describes her music as the majesty of melancholy accepting the sadder aspects of life and finding some peace in them.

Singing in a barbed lilt full of deep worry and gritty determination in equal measure, she conveys emotions too finely shaded to be easily named, yet will be familiar to any listener whos had their heart brokenor has broken a heart.

Her father is the famously eclectic singer-songwriter John Hiatt, whose tunes have been covered by Emmylou Harris, Nick Lowe, Willie Nelson, and Bob Dylan, among others. Lilly being herself means playing songs that are sharply witty, brutally frank, and musically adventurous. And mostly she'd rather rock than mope!
