A double bill featuring two fiery and talented chips off the old blocks, but these daughters are doing it for themselves.
Sassy, sexy and soulful, Hannah is the daughter of Muscle Shoals legend, Alabama & Nashville Hall of Famer, Walt Aldridge.
Hannah is very much a chip off the old block in talent, but carving her own identity and style. Mixing her personal life and the sounds of her hometown, Hannah's songs draw in influences from across the rock genre.
The American South is where writers go to face their fears. Hannah Aldridge doesn't just dip her pen into the well of the South, the Muscle Shoals native embodies it. With every song, she's facing down demons of a life once lived from substance abuse to failed relationships and scars from the lashes of the bible belt. As she says herself: "I was born in a crossfire".
Making a welcome return to the Voodoo Rooms, this time with her band.

East Nashville firebrand Lilly Hiatt describes her music as the majesty of melancholy accepting the sadder aspects of life and finding some peace in them.
Singing in a barbed lilt full of deep worry and gritty determination in equal measure, she conveys emotions too finely shaded to be easily named, yet will be familiar to any listener whos had their heart brokenor has broken a heart.
Her father is the famously eclectic singer-songwriter John Hiatt, whose tunes have been covered by Emmylou Harris, Nick Lowe, Willie Nelson, and Bob Dylan, among others. Lilly being herself means playing songs that are sharply witty, brutally frank, and musically adventurous. And mostly she'd rather rock than mope!
